Bryton Siyanda Masiye is a dynamic and accomplished strategic executive with over 15 years of progressive experience in the public and higher education sectors. He currently serves as the Director of Strategy and Planning at the University of South Africa (UNISA), where he is responsible for shaping and driving institutional strategy, performance monitoring, and long-term sustainability.
With a solid foundation in Computer Science, Bryton holds a Master of Science (Computer Science) and a Bachelor of Science (Honours), complemented by extensive training in strategic planning, corporate performance management, and policy analysis. His technical background and analytical expertise make him uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between data, technology, and strategic leadership.
